Happy Building has 15 private ground floor parking spots available for residents and their guests. As a resident you can opt to have a dedicated space.
Safety of our residents and their guests is of utmost importance. While Happy Building is located in a safe neighborhood minutes to University of Miami, the shops of Sunset Plaza, the Church, the City Hall and the local Police precinct, the building will be equipped with 360 Hi-Res cameras recording 24/7.
When you rent a Happy Livin’ unit, you just need to come with your luggage, pretty much like a hotel room! Happy Building’s apartments are fully furnished with modern and trendy looking furniture (Bed, desk, sofa, coffee table, bar stools, art work on the walls, and equipped with 50″ Roku TV in the Living Room, USB outlets… Closet space are spacious and organized courtesy of the Container Store. All appliances are brand new GE premium stainless steal including Cook top/Oven, Microwave, Fridge, and Dishwasher. The units have central air.
We cover it all so that you don’t have to bother! Finding the right people can be challenging, especially when moving to a new town. Who should I call if I have a plumbing emergency? Where am I going to find a reliable cleaning lady? And so on…Well, with Happy Livin’, all of the following services are just one call/email away!

If you already have a roommate and would like to share one of our 2-bedroom apartments (Palm or Surf), we will be happy to draft a lease with both of you on it.
If you do not have a roommate and just want to rent a room in one of our 2-bedroom units, we will be pleased to assist you as well based on availability.
Our motto is to be convenient and flexible. We will always try hard to accommodate your situation.
Standard lease term is 12 months. However, we understand that you may not need to stay for a full year therefore we can accommodate for 3-6 months leases as well for an additional 15-20% of rental amount.
We will ask for First & Last month + a month of security deposit. Rent is due on or before the 1st of the month. There will be a $75 late fee if received after the 5th of the month. Obviously, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances, which is why we will give a warning only for the first late payment.
We love pets (cats and dogs) so they are very much welcome but approval will be made on a case case basis.
Happy Livin’ is all about convenience. We accept all forms of payment:
- Credit/Debit card using our online portal so that you can collect miles or pay with Miles!
- Mobile payments thru apps like Venmo and Cash.
- Cash, check, wire/ACH
- Apple Pay (soon)
